Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days across India.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- International orders are delivered within 10–20 business days depending on the destination country.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control such as natural disasters or public holidays.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@thetaurius.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
