At The Taurius Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

*Refunds_ We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Please note: We do not accept returns. Refunds are processed without requiring the item to be sent back, subject to verification.

*Cancellations_ *Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@thetaurius.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.*

**Non-Refundable Items_ *Customized or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for refund.
