At The Taurius Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@thetaurius.com with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are covered by The Taurius Jewelry for eligible items.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Contact us immediately at support@thetaurius.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Non-Eligible Items

Customized or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds.
